[Reuter’s Telegrams.] LONDON, March 19. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,810,900 quarters. New Zealand 5 per cent (10-40 scrip) loan, 104£. The House of Commons has adjourned until ‘Wednesday next, when the dissolution will take place. Information has been received of the seizure of two Italian vessels by an Austrian in an-o’-war. 'Che former were Conveying arms and ammunition to the Albanians, and the Austrian commander, upon receiving information of their mission, seized the vessels as smugglers. March 20. The Oxford and Cambridge boat-race, which was to have taken place to-day, could not he rowed owing to a heavy Jog on the river. The contest will come off cm Monday. r The Home mails via Suez were delivered yesterday. The 4| per cent. New Zealand loan is quoted at 96/ Consols have advanced i, anjd are now quoted at 98|-. Adelaide wheat, 595; market quiet. Australian tallow, best beef, 35s to 365; best-mutton, 375. Arrived—St Leonards, from Wellington. WASHINGTON, March 20. 1 The Committee appointed by Congress to enquire into the question of Chinese immigration, has issued its report. The complete exclusion of Chinese from the United States is strongly recommended by the : Committee.'
