[Reuter’s Telegrams.] LONDON, March 19. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,810,900 quarters. New Zealand 5 per cent (10-40 scrip) loan, 104£. The House of Commons has adjourned until ‘Wednesday next, when the dissolution will take place. Information has been received of the seizure of two Italian vessels by an Austrian in an-o’-war. 'Che former were Conveying arms and ammunition to the Albanians, and the Austrian commander, upon receiving information of their mission, seized the vessels as smugglers. March 20.
