[Rebtkb’s Telegbams.j LONDON, Feb. 11. After considerable debating in the House of Commons, Mr Redmond’s amendment on the Address censuring the Government for their neglect in regard to the distress in Ireland, was negatived by 216 against 66. [Age Special.] LONDON, Feb. 11. Reductions in the Russian navy to the extent of 12,000 men are in contemplation. M. Oemieux, the French statesman, is dead. The Post states that the Yiotorian general election will be watched with great anxiety, and praises the Marquis of Normanby.
