The prizes obtained by the Australian Colonies at the Paris Exhibition for Wool, Grain, and Wine are gratifying to our national vanity; but for all these products we have such natural advantages that the enterprise of the exhibitors is only a secondary ingredient in their success. Not so with the prize obtained by the Oriental Tea Company for their Packet Teas; for whilst all other parts of the world had like advantages, their enterprise alone secured them this distinction, which proves that a resolve to excel always commands success.— [Advt.] 1m these times it is hardly necessary to advance any argument to prove the advantages which attend the use of reliable Packet Teas. The public have already shown their own high appreciation of such reasons -by the large patronage extended to the Teas of the Oriental Tee Company; isiis obvious, however, that as every packet bears the name of the Company, the latter must stand or fall by the character' of the ;tea, it, contains, and consequently they make high quality a first consideration. Pot the same reason their blends are unvarying so that consume* • satisfied can always be so, by getting the same nranu. With bulk teas no packer’s reputation is at stake, and no grocer can possibly maintain the same quality at all times.— [Advt.] ■■■■"'■' “ Berkeley, Sept-, 1869.—Gentlemen, I feel it n duty I owe to yod to express my gratitude for the great benefit Ihave derived by taking ‘ Norton’s Camomile Pills.’ I applied to your agent, Mr Bell, Berkeley, for the abovehamed Pills, for wind in the stomach, from which Isuffered excruciating pain for a length of time, having tried nearly every remedy, prescribed, hut ; without deriving any benefit at all.
