fßErtEß’s Telegrams.] LONDON, Jan. 21. Sir Foster, at Bradford, regretted that protection doctrines had extended to the Colonies. He condemned reciprocity, and eulogised the example of Sydney. A compromise has been effected by the Ministry, which necessitates the alteration of the French Government officials. The trial of tho Glasgow Bank Directors has been commenced. ISPECIAL.2 LONDON, Jan. 21. A vote of censure was unexpectedly carried against the Government in the French Assembly. The Ministerial statement was considered insincere. The majority was 102.
