Friday, Dec. 13. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) IN CHAMBERS. Deeds Registration Act, and re Alfred Isaac Raphael, Deceased.—Mr Slater obtained an order for leave to register a copy of the will. De Bourbel and Others. — Mr Garrick moved for leave for plaintiff to be at liberty to deliver interrogatories in writing. Mr Joynt, on the other side, made no objection. —Leave granted. Urquhabt v. Price.—Mr Joynt applied for the settlement of issues and the fixing of the time and place of trial. The issues were settled, and the trial was fixed for the next sessions of the Supreme Court at Timaru, by a common jury. Conveying Ordinance Amendment Act, and re Application of H. Eb Will or John Kelly, Deceased.— Mr Joynt obtained an order for leave to issue probate to Edward Vaughan and John Donoughey, as the executors therein named.

Sttjdholmb and others v. Ehodes and others.—Mr Garrick applied, on behalf of the plaintiffs, for payment out of tho sum of £SOO standing to the credit of this cause since July, 1875. Mr Harper appeared for the original defendants. Mr Joynt appeared for John Gebbie, one of the parties affected, and objected that he had not received the necessary notice. He asked for an adjournment, in order that ho might have time to communicate with his client. Ordered to stand over till next Banco day. Law Practitioners’ Act and be Henry Oottbrill.—On the motion of Mr Harper, Mr Henry Cotterill was admitted as a solicitor and as a barrister.

Debtors and Creditors’ Act and re Selwyn Davis. —Mr Thomas obtained an order for the discharge of debtor. • IN BANCO. JUDGMENTS. Heatiicote Eoad Board, Appellants v. Manson, Eespondent,—His Honor read the judgments of himself and Mr Justice Williams in this case. They reversed the judgment of tho Court below, being, therefore, in favour of the Eoad Board. Creditors’ Trustee in the Estate op W, Ton v. Bethell and Another.—His Honor delivered judgment in this case also
