LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD.

The Board met at the Harbour offices, Lyttelton, yesterday afternoon; present—The Hon E. Richardson (Chairman), Messrs D. Craig, P. Cunningham, B. G. Wright, J. Anderson, H. Sawtell, H. P.
