(Before his Honor Judge Ward.) Lynch t. Quinn.—Claim, £93 12s. Mr Hamersley appeared for plaintiff. Case adjourned. Jones and Pbtebs t. Machin.—Claim £9B 11s 7d for work and labour done. Mr C* Perry appeared for plaintiff; Mr White for defendant. Hamilton v. Pendeh.—Appeal from the decision of the H.M. at Temuka, in the illicit distillation case. His Hon gave judgment, confirming the conviction, and dismissed the appeal with costs. Re G. H. Wildib, a Debtob.— Mr George Cliff, the trustee, on the application of the creditors, appeared for examination. Mr Ormsby, who appeared for the creditors, said that his clients wished to know what money had been received and paid on account of the estate. George Cliff deposed that on Dec. 24, 1875, he was gnzetted trustee, and had received £6lO 17s lOd on account of the estate. The books were now in the hands of an auctioneer for sale. He had realised the book debts as far as possible. 1 paid a dividenc of Is 6d in the £. There would be about £l3O. available for distribution when the book debts were got in.
