EUEOPE. [Bstriaa's Special Telbseahs to thk Peebs Agency.] London, March 25. ' The Queen’s Title Bill, after a long and animated debate, was read a third time by 209 to 144. Mr Disraeli pointed out that all political reasoning was in favour of the Bill and especially as the advance of Bussia towards the Indian Frontier, and the intended conquest of Tartary by Bussia was well known throughout India, the assumption by the Queen of the title " Empress of India ” would be regarded as an unmislakeable sign of the resolution of the British Government to roaintain the Empire intact. Messrs Lows and Fawcett strongly censured the Premier’s remarks regarding Bussia, as uncautious and unwise. ATJBTBALTA.
