Drunkenness. —Margaret Bowen was fined £l, or in default, to be imprisoned for 48 hours.

Larceny. —John M'Grath, a boy about ten years of age, was brought up charged with having stolen a gun, but as another boy was implicated in the offence and unable to appear, he was remanded until Monday next. Assault. —lsaac G. Bridges did not answer to a charge of having assaulted his wife, nor did the complainant appear. The case was therefore adjourned for enquiry.
