No expense has been spared by him in obtaining the very best Clydesdale blood imported, and the result has been a decided success, and a well-earned reputation. He has bred many prize animals, and among thorn the two champion mares of Victoria ; and there are several fillies to be sold on this occasion closely allied to them, which no doubt would prove invincible in any show yard. No stock at Spring Yah; get hand-fed, or pampered in any way, and all arc in splendid condition. Owing to the proprietor’s intention of removing from the district, the whole will bo sold without any reserve. The Auctioneer, in recommending those, valuable horses to the Australian public, feels confident that Such an opportunity as at present never occurred in the Southern Homi- # sphcrc for the lovers and fanciers of pure draught stock, getting suited either with entires of great value and repute, or young stock unsurpassed for size, shape, and breeding.
