HAMHETT. . , ■,, Mr Wynn Williams was to have applied for an order to tet aside the pleadings, on the grounds of their.being'embarrassing, but it was, arranged between feounsel oh both sides that the matter should stand over until Tuesday next. GEORGE, V. TOOJIKB AND ANOTHER. Dr Foster, oh behalf of the defendants, applied for an order to dismiss the action. " His Honor made an order to the effect, that unless plaintiff proceeds with the action within one week from tlibscrvico of this order, the action Will be dismissed, with costs. BE ARTHUR BIDDELL. Mr George Harper l , on behalf of Mr Wynn Williams, applied for an order of adjudication, and Meeting of creditors. His Honor made, the Order, and fixed the meeting of creditors for Monday, the Ist July, at II o’clock.
BE STEPHEN HARPER. On the application of the bankrupt, his Honor fixed the last examination for Thursday, August 15. ,
