The new Ministry has been sworn in as follows -Mr Francis, Chief Secretary; MrLangton, Treasurer; Mr Cohen, Customs ; Mr Casey, Lands'; Mr Mackay, Mines; Mr Gillies, Railways'; Mr Kerford, Solicitor; Mr Stephenson, Attorney; Mr Ramsay holds a portfolio without pay, and will probably be opposed at the re-election. Only two Ministers are doubtful of being returned. A bill to prevent the spreading of foot and mouth disease has been passed. The House has adjourned to July 9.
