THE Bankruptcy Act 1867 and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act 1868—In the matter of the assignment of CHARLES EDWARD DANIEL MALTHUS and OTTO PEEZ both of Tamutu in the said district trading in co-partnership as Flax Dressers under the style of Malthus and Peez. Gazette Notice. —Notice is hereby gives that an application will be made to his Honor the Judge in Chambers on FRIDAY, the Twelfth day of August instant for an order declaring the complete execution of a certain deed dated the Seventeenth day of May 1870 and made in pursuanceof the Bankruptcy Act 1867 part XVIII, between the above named Malthus and Peez of the first part John Anderson of Christchurch ironfounder and William Montgomery of Christchurch merchant trustees for themselves and the other creditors of the said firm of Malthus and Peez of the second part And the several persons firms and bodies corporate being joint creditors of the said firm of Malthus and Peez of the third part whereby the said Malthus and Peez did convey and assign all their joint real and personal estate unto the said John Anderson and William Montgomery upon trust for the equal benefit of the joint creditors of the said Malthus and Peez.
