The Arawas refuse to follow Kooti on the terms offered by the Government —viz., £SOOO for his capture. The Government intend sending the Ngatiporou in pursuit; Kemp and Tppia also go, but without pay, the Government finding rations. Joseph B. Borton, Otago, has been, gazetted Warden and Resident Magistrate.
