Mails for Otago and Southland will close at 11.45 a m. on Thursday, May 13, Mails for Wellington will close at Christchurch, at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 13. Mails for Otago and Southland will close at Christchurch at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 13- , „ Mails for the Continent of Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia, Africa, and America, the Australian Colonies, and the Northern Torts of New Zealand, will close at Christchurch at 8.45 a.m. on Friday, May 14. Newspapers at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 13. Money Orders and Registered Letters at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 13. Late Letters for all the above places can be posted until 9.25 a.m., by affixing an additional sixpenny stamp.
