NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an Order of this Honorable Court made on the twenty-seventh day of April instant the above-named John Henwood was adjudged bankrupt and Wednesday the fifth day of May next was appointed by the Court for the first meeting of the creditors of the said John Henwood to be held at the Chambers of the Registrar at the Supreme Court Office Durham Street in the City of Christchurch at the hour of Eleven of the clock in the forenoon at which meeting the creditors may choose a Trustee and Supervisors of the bankrupt’s estate pursuant to the provisions of the said Act and proof of debts of creditors will be received.
