I SALE OF TOWN AND RURAL LANDS. fixed THURSDAY, the twenty-third day of July, 1868, at the hour of Noon, at a sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in the Land office, at Christchurch, as the time and place when a Sale by Auction of Town and Rural Land shall take place in accordance with clause 24 and clause 35 of the Waste Lair's Kegulations, subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the regulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown now in force within the Province of Canterbury. Applications will be received by the Waste Lands Board on and up to Thursday, the ninth day of July, 1868. N.B.—Deposits for the purchase of sections of Land will in no case be returned, unless the receipt from the Treasurer of the Board is produced and handed in.
