AKAROA HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
The second show of the present season took place at tho Town Hall, Akaroa, on the 7th instant. The show of fruit was remarkably fine, the exhibits of Mr. S. Watkms, Mr. Penlington, and Mr. Feltham, being greatly admired. The attendance of visitors was more numerous than we ever previously remember seeing.
