UPON the application of Mr. Garrick, of counsel for the said petitioners, BENJAMIN LYONS and ALBERT NAPTHALI PRINCE, after reading the said petition purporting to be signed by them the said petitioners such debtors as aforesaid, and to be concurred in by Ralph of Dunedin, j in the province of Otago, in the said colony of New Zealand, importer and general dealer, a creditor to the extent of not less than fifty pounds in the whole, and also certain sche- i dules, and also an affidavit to the said petition, annexed and therewith filed on the r sixth day of March instant, pursuant to the said Acts. This Court being satisfied of the truth of the matters contained in the said petition doth hereby grant an ad interim J order of sequestration of the estate and effects of the said Benjamin Lyons and Albert Napthali Prince, and doth direct that the estate and effects of the said Benjamin Lyons and Albert Napthali Prince shall be taken and held by Edward Hardcastle, of \ Greymouth aforesaid, as receiver under the said Acts hereby appointed by the Court, ' subject to such further order of the Court as I may be made under or in pursuance of the provisions of the said Acts. And this Court doth 1 hereby appoint WEDNESDAY, the second c day of MAY next, at eleven o'clock in the c forenoon for the hearing of such petition and the proof of debts and claims of creditors at the Court-house Christchurch, aforesaid.
