A CORRECTION.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE LYTTELTON TIMES. Sir,—Will you please to correct an error in your paper of to-day, in the report of the proceedings of the Kaiapoi Municipal Council ; the chairman is stated to have reported that I, in conjunction with Mr. Wright, had sounded the river bed around the new bridge, and sent in a report and plan. I have done nothing of the kind, and have no knowledge of any report or plan that may have been sent in.
