Bad Legs, Bad Breasts, Sokes, asd Ulcers.—ln many Hospitals in Europe this celebrated remedy is now used for the cure of old wounds, sores, and ulcers;_ in Spain and Portugal, and in many parts of Italy, the tfrst Physicians regularly prescribe its use. It is a sovereign remedy for bad breasts and bad legs; and likewise for all skin diseases. It is to be found in the chest of nearly every sailor, soldier, and emigrant. It should be understood that it is not sufficient merely to smear the ointment on the affected parts, but it must be well rubbed in for some considerable time two or three times a day, that it may be taken into the system, whenco it will* remove any hidden sore or wound as effectually as though it were palpable to the eye. Bread and water poultices, after the rubbing in of the Ointment will do great service. This is the only proper treatment for females in cases of cancer in the stomach, or for those who suffer from a general bearing down. IMPRUDEXCIKB OP YOUTH.—SOKES ASD I'LCEKS.— Blotches, us also swellings, can with certainty be radically cured, if the Ointment be used freely, and' the pills bo taken night and morning, as recommended in the printed instructions. When treated in any other way, these complaints only dry up in one place to"break out in another; whereas this Ointment will remove the humour from the. system, and leavo the patient a vigorous and healthy Iv.nj. It will require time, aided by the use of the Pills, to insutsa lasting cure.
