THE Government are prepared to receive Tenders for the construction of a SEA WALL, 700 feet in length, in front of the site of the Lyttelton Station. Tenders must be sent in to the Secretary for Public Works on or before the 13th April, at noon. The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
