VfOTICE is hereby given that George Cameron; Robert Donaldson, and Robert Cameron, all of Christchurch, in the province of Canterbury, miller* and brewers, have, by a deed of assignment bearing date the eighth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, and expressed to be made between the said George Cameron, Robert Donaldson and Robert Cameron of the first part: John Rutland, of Christchurch aforesaid, and John Leaf Wilson, of the same place, baker, of the second part: and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being severally creditors in their own right or in copartnership, or being agents or attorneys of creditors of the said George Cameron, Robert Donaldson and Robert Cameron jointly, or of the said George Cameron and Robert Donaldson jointly, or of the said George Cameron, Robert Donaldson and Robert Cameron separately and respectively as thereinafter mentioned, of the third part: assigned all their personal estate and effects to the said John Rutland and John Leaf Wilson, in trust for the benefit of the creditors of the said George Camdron, Robert Donaldson and Robert Cameron, as therein mentioned. And in the said deed was contained a proviso making void the same in case the said deed of assignment should not be executed on or before the sixth day of July now next ensuing, by the majority in number representing three-fourths in value of the creditors of the said George Cameron, Robert Donaldson and Robert Cameron, whose debts shall respectively amount to ten pounds and upwards. The said deed of assignment was duly executed by the said George Cameron, Robert Donaldson and Robert Cameron, on the said eighth day of June, one thousand, eight hundred and sixtjfour, in the presence of and attested by Philip Hanmer, solicitor, at Christchurch aforesaid, and the same deed has been since duly executed by the said John Rutland and John Leaf Wilson, in the presence of and attested by James F.
