The brig Wild Wave arrived last evening, after a passage of fifteen days from Sydney. Captain Vandervord reports that he experienced very heavy weather throughout the passage; for several days had heavy showers of rain, till within 100 miles of the coast of New Zealand. He has had the misfortune to lose five fine horses out of the number originally shipped at Sydney, The vessel brings a fair amount of general cargo. The Blackbird broke down on her voyage, and was obliged to be towed into Wellington by the s. s. Lady Bird.
