THE CHRISTCHURCH QUAY AND HEATIICOTE TOWNSHIP ESTATE TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION AT AN EARLY DAY, Br Messrs. j. ollivier & son, in lots for the convenience of purchasers (unless an acceptable offer be previously made) and upon easy terms of payment. Lot 1 will comprise all that well known wharf and waterside premises called Christchurch Quay, together with the warehouses, dwelling-house, offices, store, cellars, outbuildings, crane wharf, yards, and premises of half an acre, where a very extensive coal and timber trade is now being carried on by Messrs. Montgomery, Todhunter & Co. as tenants from year to year at the veiy low annual rent of £200, on terms to give up possession at a month's notice if required. . . These premises are perhaps the most suitable and best adapted for a brewery of any in Canterbury.
