THIS Seventeenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, upon reading the petition and affidavit of Edward Allen Hargreaves in this matter filed on the twenty-eighth day of August last, and the order of this Court made on the said twenty-eighth day of August last, and upon viva voce examination of the above mentioned debtor upon his oath, the Court doth order that the hearing of the said petition be adjourned until the fifteenth day of December next, and that a meeting of the creditors of the said debtor who shall have proved their debts or claims shall be held at the offices of Messrs. Harston & Cowlishaw, solicitors, in Cathedral square at Christchurch, in the said province, on Monday the thirtieth day of November instant, for the purpose of recommending to the Court persons to act as trustees of the said estate.
