PURE BRED MERINO SHEEP. MESSRS. MILES & CO. have been instructed to sell:— 6 TWO-TOOTH PURE BRED MERINO RAMS. These Rams were got by Ram No. 114, imported from Mecklenburg by Archdeacon Hadfield, for the Otaki Institution, ex Constance, from England. 2 SIX-TOOTH PURE BRED MERINO RAMS. These Rams were got by Ram No. 129, imported by Robert Beauchamp, Esq., and bred by Carl Augast Gadegast Oschatz, Saxony. 1 PURE BRED MERINO RAM LAMB. This Ram was got by Ram No. 109, bred by J. F. Hoffschlaiger, Mecklenburg, imported in the Hermine by Messrs. Krull & Co. 2 FOUR-TOOTH PURE BRED MERINO EWES. These Ewes were got by Ram No. 114, same as two-tooth rams. 2 SIX-TOOTH PURE BRED MERINO EWES. 4 EIGHT-TOOTH PURE BRED MERINO EWES. These Ewes were got by Ram No. 129, same as six-tooth rams. This valuable draught of Sheep are all the progeny of three pure bred Ewes, No. 79, and two others imported to Wellington by Robert Beauchamp, Esq., who purchased them, regardless of expense, from Carl Augast Gadegast Oschatz, Saxony.
