SALTWATER CREEK.
TO THE EDITOR OF TIIE LYTTELTON TIMES. Sik, —1 see in Wednesday's paper that you are accused of not making a correct statement as regards the draying of Mr. Duppa's wool from the Saltwater Creek to Kaiapoi. Horrifying as it may be t(i "Veritas," still such is the case; and most probably before this meets his eyes the Gazelle will have a good load in her from Kaiapoi, and en route for Lyttelton. Has " Veritas" heard that the Juno was unable to reach the desired woolshed at Cameron's, and not likely to try it again? I am sorry for " Veritas," as perhaps he is an interested party and may have a little land at Northport, but I remain, sir, A DISINTERESTED PARTY.
