N.B.—The above Artistes will also visit Lyttelton, Kaiapoi, and Kangiora. 5028 PROCLAMATION. ~ WHEREAS it is enacted by " The Dog Nuisance Ordinance, Session XVH., No. 3," and " The Dog Nuisance Amendment Ordinance, 1862," that the Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury shall, from time to time, by proclamation, appoint certain places for the Registration of Dogs, and by the 3yd clause of the first recited Ordinance, may certain persons to demand the fee of Ten Shillings for such registration: AND WHEREAS CHARLES BOWEN, ESQUIRE, has been appointed DEPUTY-SUPERINTENDENT: NOW, THEREFORE, I, Charles Bo wen, Deputy-Superintendent of the said Province, by virtue of the powers in me vested, DO HEREBY proclaim and declare that the following places shall be the places at which all dogs shall be registered, viz.:— Christchurch: At the Office of Inspector of Police. Lyttelton: At the Police Station. Akaroa: At the Police Station. * Timaru: At the Police Station. Kaiapoi: At the Police Station. 1 v Rangiora: At the Police Station.
