Residents in the city of Chistchurch, desirous of obtaining then English newspapers before the postman can deliver them at their, houses, can, by giving written notice to the Postmaster at Christchurch have them detained in the office and delivered from the Post Office window. p r WRI ghT, Chief Postmaster.
