THE DWELLING HOUSE Is built of timber, cobbed and lined throughout, painted and papered, contains eight rooms with entrance hall and verandah, and has every convenience requisite for the accommodation of a gentleman's family. THE OFFICES Consist of a four-stalled stable, granery, shed for dog cart, stockyard, cow shed, pig styes, fowl-house, woodshed with loft above, &c., &c. WHEREAS some evil disposed person has from time to time feloniously carried away posts and rails from the fences on my land on the South Christchurch road (lately the property of E. C. Latter, Esq.,) I hereby offer a reward of £5 to any one giving such information as may lead to the conviction at law of the offender. The public who pass down the South Christchurch road are requested to make use of the: Government highway provided for them, and not to turn my yard and pasture land into a public thoroughfare, as after this notice all trespassers will be prosecuted.
