Bull's Run; —The Real Explanation. — The 1 New York Dispatch^ says:—" One of our exchanges has discovered the cause of the retreat of pur army at Bull's run. It says, • WJien the battle was at its hottest point, and nearly won to our side,; there came word that there were two vacancies |n the New York Custom House. Hence the stampede oT the leading officers. The men followed.'"
