AIKMAN AND WILSON have been instructed to offer for Sale, by Private Treaty, the property known as ABLINGTON, Consisting of Section No. 1239, and the greater portion of Nos. 1238 and 1247, amounting in the whole to 230 ACRES OF LAND, Situate on the main road to The Springs, about live miles from Christchurch, one mile from the Race Course, and two miles from fticcarton Church and School. The whole is fenced in, and 110 Acres in cultivation, including 21 acres of meadow, and 49 acres carefully laid down during last Spring with excellent grass seed of mixed sorts.
