AIKMAN AND WILSON are directed by Mr. William Heaphey to dispose of RURAL SECTION, 2055, being 25 acres in extent, and having 025 links frontage on the western boundary of the Township of Sefton, and 40 chains frontage on the Great West Road leading to Rangiora. The section was selected with especial reference to the quality of the land and its close proximity to what must shortly become a very important Township, from its easy access by water communication and exceedingly fertile character of the surrounding country. If not disposed of privately it will be offered by public auction alonsj with rural section, 208, and on similar terms of payment. VALUABLE BUILDING PROPERTY, MANCHESTER STREET, CHRISTCHURCH. MESSRS. AIKMAN AND WILSON have received instructions from Mr. William Heaphey to submit to public auction RURAL SECTION, 208, situate next the farm of Abbott, Esq., on the western side of the Great North Road, aud midway between the Bridge which crosses the River Styx and Mr. Treleaven's Hotel. The land has been divided into convenient allotments of from TWO TO FOUR ACRES, plans of which can be seen at Mr. Wilson's Seed shop, or Mr. Medding's Papanui Hotel; and applications will be received at the upset price of £15 per acre for sections fronting the North road, aud £7 per acre for any of those immediately behind, to which proper road-ways have been reserved. The land is of excellent quality, and was one of the very earliest selections. As soon as a reasonable number of sections have been chosen they will be submitted to public auction at an early date of which due notice will be given.
