JOHN DUDLEY DECEASED. PURSUANT to an Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vict., c. 35, entituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees," Notice is hereby given, that all persons being Creditors of or otherwise having any claims upon or against the late Firm of " DUDLEY & LEACH," late of Snowden station, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, Stockowners and Sheep farmers, in consequence of the decease of John Dudley, late of Broom Farm, Avonside, near Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, who died on the 20th day of June last, are required on or before the Ist day of September next, to send to me, Francis Slater, of Christchurch aforesaid, Solicitor of Ellen Dudley and Charles Dudley, M.8., the executrix and executor of the said testator, the particulars of their claims upon or against the late Firm of* Dudley & Leach.' And that at the expiration of such time the executrix and executor will distribute the whole of the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which they shall have notice.
