AIKMAN & WILSON have received -LJ-L instructions to dispose of 30 Acres of Kural Section 330, in the present occupation of Mr. Goodwin, and situate upon the Harewood Road a short distance above Papanui Church. ' The improvements consist of a four-roomed Dwelling House, Garden planted with fruit trees, Three Acres laid down in permanent pasture passes and 14 Acres enclosed.
