HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs the publication of the following notice:— •'. :, The Provincial Government are prepared to'receive'tenders ifor leasing "the block of land reserved: for the landing of* diseased sheep on Adderley Head, containing^2s3o acres or thereabouts,oh the following terms: — The lease to be for a term of not more than three years, from the Ist February, 1860. ;. No sheep to be placfed.ori the run by the lessee— only cattle or horsea. In case any diseased sheep shall be ordered to be ■landed on the run, the lessee to remove his stock therefrom immediately on receiving notice from the Inspector'of Sheep that the run is required by the Government for diseased sheep. The rent in each year to be paid in advance. ■ To he; repaid by the Government for the time the lessee may be deprived of the, occupation of the run for the above-mentioned purpose.
