And notice is hereby also given, that the said deed of assignment was executed by the said Robert Warner on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of and was attested by Edward Denham and Phillip Carleret Bertrand, both of Christchurch aforesaid, writing clerks ; and that the said deed now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said Robert Warner ; and further, that such of the said creditors as shall fail to execute the said deed within one calendar month from the date thereof, shall be precluded from all benefit which shall arise therefrom.
