November 26,1859.—There is no news of importance from China. The latest is the arrival of the «J7th Regiment from Calcutta, ami that the 3rd lJuffs are are daily expected., General orders, have heeri Issued by the Governor-General in conformity with despatches from'the home Government for enlistment of discharged soMiersfor service in Chhra, A grant of two years' service is offered to those men . who have not taken, rtieir discharge; a bounty of fifty rupees npon ishe condition, that they enlist, for tew years* service. Various and contradictory, rumours are afloat as to the rebel army in Nepaul; it is now stated that Nana Sahib maintains his position, then that he intends to return; another that he is dead; another that, there is a consultation in his camp, and that the several leaders agree to unite their,forces and place \ them under his orders.
