The, Proprietors, in announcing the above change beg to remind old Subscribers of the fact that, when the publication of the "Ltttelton Times" became bi-weekly, the Wednesday's issue was merely a supplementary sheet i and that the-price,' then calculated accordingly, was not increased when the publication of two full issues per w ; eek commenced, ihe rate now proposed is the same as that charged by all newspapers -of the same class'in New Zealand " Times" Office,- Lyttelton, Nov. 6, 1859.
