THE Provincial Government are prepared to receive tenders for1 the supply of three hundred thousand feet of sawn planking, to be delivered at the Government yard^Christchurch, in quantities of not less than twenty thousand feet. The timber is to be either kauri pine, red gum, blue gum, stringy bark, black pine,- or totara; and must be approved by the Provincial Engineer. The whole to be cut in lengths of 16 feet 8 inches, and to measure 8 inches by 3 inches, full cut. The Provincial Government will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender. E.
