LONGDEN has received instructions from a gentleman about to leave the colony, to sell by Public Auction, at the Golden Fleece Hotel, Christchurch, on MONDAY, JUNE 7th, the following valuable property in the Town of Christchurch, viz :— Four quarter-acre sections, situate on the North bank of the river Avon, in Kilmore and Antigua Streets, and numbered 121 to 124 on the Map of the Canterbury Association. Two quarter-acre sections adjoining the Bricks Wharf, with the house and improvements thereon, now let to a respectable tenant to February nest, at a rental of £40 per annum. Also, • That _ valuable town reserve, situate in the' Papanui Road, immediately opposite the new residence of the Bishop of Christchurch, and comprising 5 acres of land (or thereabouts) the whole being securely fenced and laid down in English grass, with house and improvements thereon.
