RUSSIA.
A telegraphic despatch, received yesterday, announces that Prince Gortschakoff has 'addressed a confidential circular, relating to the Stuttgart interview, to the Russian Ministers-at foreign Courts. It is said to be extremely Ipaeific, and to recommend the maintenance of existing treaties. .
A despatch has been received in Berlin, announcing the arrival of the Czar Alexander at Warsaw, where magnificent preparations had been made for his solemn entry with the Empress and the Imperial family.
