' The representatives of Great Britain and France at the Court of Athens are now ou their way to Greece, and there are those who indulge in a belief that the Greek Government will ere long scarcely take into consideration the question of the foreign national debt The Queen of Greece is reported to have made many fair promises to the Emperor of the French during the late meeting of Imperial and Royal personages. The Greek Court now gives out that the King and Queen and the advisers of the Brown have no Russian leanings, and. nothing is desired hut the prosperity of the kingdom they rule, and the most friendly" relations with the protecting Powers. I
