COSIER'S ASSIGNMENT. WHEREAS Henry Charles Cosier, of London Street, Lyttelton, Lemonade, Sodawater, and Ginger Beer Manufacturer, hath by Deed bearing date the 31st day of December last, assigned and transferred all his Stock-in-Trade, Household Furniture and Effects, and all ' other his personal Estate, unto Arthur Bayfeild of Lyttelton, Druggist, and Samuel Gundry, of the same place, Storekeeper, upon trust for the equal benefit of such of his creditors as shall come in and execute the same within one month from the date thereof. Notice is therefore hereby given that the said Deed of Assignment now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of the credi- ' tors of the said Henry Charles Cosier ; and such of them as shall neglect or refuse to come in and execute the said assignment within the time aforesaid will be excluded from all benefits which may arise therefrom. All persons who stand indebted to the said Henry Charles Cosier are requested to pay the amount of their several and respective debts forthwith into my hands for and on behalf of the said trustees.
