NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Auction will be held by Mr. Alport at. the Association's Stove, Lyttelton, on Wednesday, the 2nd of July next, at 12 o'clock, for the sale of r^QWJST LAND in Christchurch and Lyttelton, when the following Sections will be submitted to Public Competition, subject to such conditions as shall be then and there produced. . In Christchurch, 25 Half-acre Sections, in 25 Lots, numbered on the Canterbury Association's Map as follows :—

TO LAUD PURCHASERS IN THE CANTERBURY SETTLEMENT,
TVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN", that -J-^l the Canterbury Association are now in a situation to convey to the first body of Land Purchasers the Selections of Land they have made in pursuance of their respective Land Orders, as also the Town Sections to which they are severally entitled. Holders of Land Orders are requested, at their earliest convenience, to notify by letter to the Land Office, whether they would prefer the whole of their Land conveyed to them by one Deed, or a separate Conveyance for each Rural and Town Section.
The Association intend to convey the Land by reference to a Map on the back of the Deed, and the expense to each purchaser will be 10s. for each Conveyance.
Before any Conveyance Avill be delivered, the original Land Order must be produced and given up.

PUBLIC NOTICE.
-jVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that -l-N all parties squatting on any of the town reserves, or unappropriated town sections of Qhnstchuroh or Lyttelton, will be required to remove from off the land, on or before the first of September next. Parties will be allowed to remove the materials of any buildings which they may have erected on such land, or should they prefer it, the Association will take them from them at a valuation.
