TULLOCH has received instructions to submit to public competition at the " Golden Fleece Hotel," Christchurch, on Tuesday, May 13th, at 12 o'clock, several valuable Building Sites, with frontages on the Lincoln and Sumner roads, situated at the south eastern entrance of the town, and within two miles of the Christchurch Quay on the river Heathcote. Plans of the property are in course of preparation, and may shortly be seen, and further particulars obtained on application to C. E. Dampier, Esq., Solicitor, or to the auctioneer. LYTTELTON. TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, by Mr. Tulloch, at his Premises, near the Mitre Hotel, at 12 o'clock, on Thursday the loth of May, the Schooner " MARGARET," with her Masts, Sails, Oars, Anchors, Cable, &c. The said Vessel will carry from 5 to 6 thousand feet of Timber ; she is 40 feet in length, and 9 feet beam. Also, a BOAT, well built with Cedar, Copper fastened, about 15 feet long, and in every respect calculated for the Harbour, or the River. For particulars apply to the Auctioneer. Mr. TuLiiOdi has received instructions to sell by Auction, at the "Golden Fleece Hotel," Christchurch, on Tuesday, May 20th, 1851, about 25 acres of land, in lots varying from two to five acres each. This valuable property is situate near the Riccarton Estate. Further particulars in next week's paper, stating the hour of sale, and the day when a Map of the property may be seen.
