+ . [By Pkeping Tom.] - RACING FIXTURES. Southland and Goldfields dates. Lake County J.C. —December 10 and 11. Alexandra J.C.—December 17. Cromwell J.C—December 27 and 28. Vincent J.C. —January 1 and 2, IDIO. Owners are particularly reminded that the entries for most of the events in connection with the Lake County Jockey Club races close with the. secretary, Mr J. J. Cotter, on Saturday evening next. Telegrams of nomination must be handed in to the various telegraph offices before 5 p.m. that day. Already Mr Cotter has some nominations in. With a good track, conveniences for the public, a railway excursion and every promise of good entries, two days' good sport and pleasure on the 10th and 11th can be looked forward to. The Cromwell Jockey Club has also issued a very attractive programme and owners are particularly requested to read advt. in this issue Cromwell races are also looked forward to by every sport in the district.
