Sir, —As a ratepayer of the County and at the same time a ratepayer of the Arrow Borough, I hope the Borough Council of this town will do all in its power to foster the proposal to erect, a new bridge over the Shotover and pay its quota when the time arrives. Borough ratepayers will re ceivc the benefit indirectly and I hope the Council will do its utmost to further the project and not put any obstacles in the way. It is one of the most necessary works ever proposed to be carried out iu the district.—l am, etc., RATEPAYER. Arrow Junction, 2Gth February.
