HOUSEHOLDERS' MEETINGS.

MILLERS FLAT SCHOOL. The following gentlemen were duly elected a committee for Millers Plat school:—Messrs W. Gumming (chairman and secretary) Robert Hunter (treasurer), Robert Gunn, H. Hunter, and John Mackle. The treasurer reported a credit balance of £6 5s 9d.

GIBBSTON.

At the householders' meeting here for the election of a school committee the balance Bheet was read showing a credit balance of £lO 14s. The old committee were re-elected, viz : Messrs T. Kinross, D. Reid, P. Enright, J. Oosgrove, H. Harvey, A. Scott, and P. Tomanovich. Mr T. Kinross was re-elected chairman, secretary, and treasurer.

The meeting of householders at Lower Shotover lapsed.
